The choice of dust removal equipment by ventilation for corn and grain processing equipment is quite important. Clean environment can ensure the operator health and production safety. To improve corn processing equipment working efficiency, the air draft influence rate on the equipment production efficiency can reach 15-20% above. Therefore, ventilation dedusting equipment design should be complete and reasonable. Especially the cleaning sections should be reasonable.

In air draft device installation of each section, we should do as the following points:
1) Sturdy and durable, easily demounted, simple operation and maintenance. To make the dust content of the workshop and the outside air reach the national standard, we usually adopt second grade of dedusting.

2) For the equipment that needs to absorb waste heat, waste wetness, and wind speed, the air draft device should have proper air inlet and reasonable air duct to ensure enough air volume.

3) Control the air speed of the dangerous fracture surface to avoid material inhaling For the particle material, the dangerous fracture surface air speed is 3-4m/s, and the powdery material air speed is 0.5-1m/s.

4) Try to get close and align to the movement direction of the dust source and dusty airflow. Under certain dust collection speed condition, it can remove the dust generated from the equipment furthest.

5) Sealing is the principal thing. Air draft is subsidiary. By this way, can we reduce and prevent dust spilling.
