Grain cleaning machine with friction separation is used to separate the impurities which has low crash degree, such as dirt, awn, wheat fur and worms damage. For example, the iron sieve wheat scourer has a rotor with steel plate, and rotates in the punching drum sieve. The wheat kernels in the machine are cleaned by crashing and friction between the plate and the drum sieve.
The clod and damaged kernels by worms are smashed and discharged with the impurities through the mesh. The wheat kernels are discharged from one end of the drum. The awner has the similar structure with wheat scourer, but the technical parameter is different. The working part for crashing the air suction machine is a kind of plate with high rotation speed. The grains are thrown away when passing the plate, crash with the lining and then drop in the cone friction cabinet. After crashing and friction, it removes the impurities and the grains are discharged after air suction processing.
