Today, let's discuss about grain claning machine with impurities separation. We can install the permanent magnetic steel device in the feeding elephant trunk of the grain cleaning machine to separate magnetic impurity. The impurities adsorbs on the magnetic steel surface and is cleaned artificially regularly. We can also use permanent magnetic pulley or electromagnetic cylinder, which means we can install a fixed semi-cylindrical permanent magnetic steel or electrical steel in the non-magnetic pulley. Grains flow towards the outlet along with the roller surface. Magnetic impurities are adsorbed on the roller surface by the magnetic steel and rotate with the roller to the area which is not installed with magnetic steel. Then the magnetic impurities are separated and drop in the collection vessel.
To separate the colored particles in the grains, such as black wheat, red rice and brown rice, we can choose color sorter. In the paratactic slot of the machine installed photoelectric device and the thin and narrow grains flow slightly flows through the slot. When the colored particles flow through the illumination area, its reflecting light feature promotes the sensor to give out message. Then it opens the valve of the slot bottom and discharges the colored particles.
The color sorter has good processing effect but low production rate. When we separate the barnyard grass in the paddy or the brown rice, we can use static barnyard grass removing machine. Grains flows into the machine with the form of a thin flow, and the barnyard grass flows to one side of the machine and is discharged out of the machine.
We can also separate the impurities according to the airflow peculiarity, which means we can utilize the suspension speed of the grains and impurities in the air flow to separate. The hand-cranking winnower and ribbon-type grain thrower both utilizes this principle. The recirculating air winnower can be used to remove the light impurities in the grains. Grains evenly flow into the air flow through hopper and feeding roll, drop at the bottom and are discharged out of the machine by spiral conveyor. Impurities is sent into the ash collector through the air duct by the air flow and then lowers at the bottom and is discharged out the machine by another spiral conveyor. Air returns in the air blower for continuous recycling usage.
