Grain cleaning machine with density separation function can be used to separate the impurities which has similar size and shape but different weight with the grains, such as pebble, clod, metal block, glass, ceramic and coal cinder. There are two separation methods: wet method and dry method.
 

First, wet method adopts the typical equipment--- wheat washing laundry-drier, which consists of spiral rinsing bath and vertical spin-drying part. The impurities with large specific gravity has high sinking speed in the rinsing bath, gathers at the bath bottom and is sent from the discharging outlet by the small spiral conveyor. Wheat is sent to the spin-drying part by the big spiral conveyor so as to remove the surface moisture.
 

Second, dry method always adopts specific gravity destoner machine and specific gravity classification table. The two machines have similar working principle and structure. First, they can classify both grains and impurities together into two parts according to the weight. Then, they clean them separately. Dry method equipment can save water and prevent waste water pollution to the environment. Besides, dry method grain cleaning machine with density separation is easily maintained and is replacing the wet method equipment gradually.
