Grain cleaning machine with shape separation mainly aims at the impurities and grains with similar size but different shape, such as buckwheat seeds, peas, oat and barley.
The common equipment for grain cleaning machine with shape separation is:
First, spiral separator. Without movement part, no need of power device, on its vertical shaft has a big outer helicoid encircling some small inner helicoids. The grains are sent to the inner helicoids entrance from the top. The spherical impurities are thrown out of the outer helicoids under the centrifugal force due to fast rolling speed and large momentum and are discharged from the outlet. Grains flow towards each outlet along with the inner helicoids. This equipment can only be used as the auxiliary engine due to its low production rate.
Second, cylinder separator. Its working part is the horizontal type rotation roller which is a little inclined. Inside of the separator have lots of bag holes and at the middle part has an adjustable spiral collecting tank. Any grain particle (spherical and short one) which can stay in the big hole can be elevated with the roller rotation, then drops in the spiral collecting tank and is discharged out of the machine. Grains are discharged from the outlet of the roller.
Third, cell plate cleaner. Its working part is a row or several rows of cast iron disk installed coaxially. The two sides are full of bag holes. During the disk rotation, its lower part is embedded into the grains. When it elevates the short particles in the bag holes to certain level, then make them drop in the collecting tank and discharged.
